A Hartford man was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) after being caught wrong-way driving on an I-84 off-ramp, with a blood alcohol content more than twice the legal limit.
Angel Sanabria, 44, was apprehended over the weekend after state troopers observed his erratic driving on the I-84 off-ramp. The incident, which could have resulted in a severe accident, highlights ongoing concerns about impaired driving in Connecticut.
